I have a specific question. Have you done this before?

I set-up offline conversions connecting it to an ad account over a month ago. I received a data list from the client showing people who had signed up for an account with the credit union. When I upload the list I see this (wait for screenshot)

It's strange because it shows no match rate on the bottom for records but a match rate in the upper section for records
I set-up the data properly providing email, first name, last name, city, zip
The complete registration seems to be glitching.
Did you go through the process of the registration at first before connecting the credit union?
Do I need to actually set-up an event in Facebook? I thought selecting the event type was just a type to select
I also did not add a conversion value but the list still went through

What do you mean exactly? Is this done through Ads Manager or another section of business manager? Sorry, I just need additional clarification.
My thought was that I just need to connect an Offline Event set to an ad account so it starts tracking impressions served. Then I upload the data list from the client, choose an event type (with no further setup) and it will show me the number of people who have seen an ad we served and are on the event list.

It's not clickable, that's just the pre-defined event type I chose during the data submission screen

Yes, manually
Also do you use the API?
No I do not use the API because we cannot establish a connection with their database

Yes, the only institution we have access to data

When you tried to connect the credit union, what error message did you get?
None, I just connected it to the ad account we run ads from. FB instructions say that to do offline events you need to connect the offline event set to an ad account in order for it to be able to match offline events to ads served
So I did. I did it over a month ago and all the events we submitted are after that time period
So the real time data is not showing, is that correct?
We can't connect directly to the credit union's internal software and use the API to automatically pull events, but from everything I read we should be able to manually upload events (like I did here) and match them
Correct, we don't have access to real time data, only manual upload
I believe this is just a glitch in Facebook itself. Is there anyway you can remove the credit union, then add the credit union back?
I kind of feel that way too. I also noticed a glitch where, I uploaded the events yesterday and it just said 0 matches. I even checked an hour after. Then I logged in today and it gave me these matched events
I could do that but then it will lose the data for the past month. That's what I'm worried about
