When did your account become disabled, you ad account?

It won't let me fill it out
even when I'm logged in it says no advertising account?
But in instagram it says my account has been disabled
Do you use facebook business manager or have you used that it the past?
Maybe this is part of my problem- when I started my store, I created a business page, is there something separate I need to do to create ads and boost posts?
Try to go to business manager and see if there any ads running please?
This seems to happen whenever I try to log in to facebook
Have you tried a different browswer like firefox or edge?
yes- when I clear the cookies I can load the site, but then when I try to log in the same page comes up
