May i know the error message that you are getting when you try to login to your facebook account?
I was hacked in Sept. Unable to get the sms code that FB notes they are sending. 2 factor authentication issue is my guess. I have sent the identity proof every week since September without a response for access.

With this type of issue, you have to send a report to facebook admin by clicking the link below. You have to indicate that your account was hacked and the phone number was changed by the hacker. You may ask them to turn off the 2 factor authentication as well for you to be able to login to your account easily. The response time from facebook usually will take 24-72 office/business hours.

The hack is not the issue now. I have used that link. Only resets password. I can't get the 2 factor sms or code generated to log in

It looks like this is an issue that you don't have a recommendation for beyond what is readily available on FB website
***-***-**** . When I try to find my acvount with that number it doesn't locate. I believe the hacker changed or removed the phone number immediately. Smart on their part.
Yeah. I tried searching you on facebook using the phone number but it gives no result. Hacker have already replaced the number so that you cant access it or even receive a code. The only way is to submit a report to facebook admin for login issues. Use the link below

there is a description box there where you can provide the details of what happen to your account and how you lost access to it. Provide also your correct email address so that they can reach you easily. That is the only way for this issue.

I am sorry but that is the only form that we are using and recommend when theres is a facebook login issue.
The response time of facebook admin might be a bit delayed dueto number of individuals who are reporting the same issue. Its like a first come first serve basis. But definiely they will respnd to you when it is your turn.
If you already submitted couple of reports, then i think that should be enough. Just wait for them to get back to you since there might be a delay considering the holidays.
The last number that you provided is not associated to any facebook account as well.

Fyi. I mailed a certified letter to the FB business address that I found on their SEC filings on Thursday. To address this log in, 2 factor issue.

Yes please do. also, due to the corona virus, Facebook is running is bit slower than usual according to local sources as staff have been forced to work from home as a result.
