My personal account was out of the blue disabled about one month ago. I was totally locked out of my account and couldn't see or perform any actions. I used the Facebook form to submit my ID and received the message: "We'll take another look at your account, however due to the Covid situation we do not have enough people to do so and it might take a while". Nothing happened in the end, I kept getting the same message for over a month and now it's saying that "too much time has passed" and therefore I have no more means to get a review of the account.
I have little facebook activity and did not post or did anything that would violate the community standards by any mean. While trying to get some help using their forms, I did stumble upon the message that my page (named UNIX), was unpublished since it violates child sexual abuse standards. This is, or was, a page set up for my company which had zero posts or info on it. The page was created many years ago and had no activity. Needless to say I did not post anything on it.
On more thing to mention is that a couple of days after my account was disabled I received a text message from my bank confirm a 200$ facebook payment. I called the bank and reported this as fraud and got the money bank. I used this account in the past to pay for some ads on a business page I manage and my credit card was linked to my account.
Since everything seems to show a hacked facebook account, and I cannot get any support from Facebook itself, is there any way I can recover my account?
Thanks,
Calin
