Hello,

 

I am extremely frustrated and upset and looking for immediate assistance.

 

On Oct 10, I realized I could no longer get into my Instagram or Facebook. IG said my account was disabled, and FB said suspended. At one point I was able to see my IG was disabled and had removed content - an IG story - that my ex, who hacked me in September - had posted without my permission. I was horrified as it was a pics of me, containing nudity. But, he only posted it to “close friends” - which I don’t have anyone set up under. And, he immediately deleted when I demanded he do so. 

 

IG is now saying that I can’t log in because my account is connected to my FB account, and FB is saying I’ve gone against community standards for sexually exploiting a child - WHAT?! First of all, the above mentioned IG story was never even on FB. Second, the photo was of me - age 30. Third, it was done without my permission!!!

 

I was given an option to “disagree with Facebook’s decision” within 30 days or my account will be permanently deleted. However, when I click to continue to disagree, it just spins and spins and does not do anything!! 

 

I have personal photos, videos, messages of and from people no longer with me. I have work connections. I have so much on there I cannot lose. Can someone please help me with this? 

 

I will not go against any Community Standards. This is so crazy to me that because of a post that an ex who hacked my account posted on IG and then INSTANTLY deleted - I am now suffering MORE consequences from both my FB and IG accounts not being accessible, and losing absolutely everything.

 

It is also not working to get any of the codes from FB sent to my phone.

 

I am at a loss and freaking out over this. I am literally unable to do some of my work without my accounts.

Look slike the number has been used to many times today to keep trying to get a code from facebook.

When this happends, usually you have to wait 24 hours then try again to get the code again

I'm not sure if it's related at all to the current issue .. but I had another FB account recently disabled as well. I believe it's because it is under my same phone number but different name. It is under Sticks Stones, because my dad has a restaurant Sticks & Stones, and we wanted to make a profile that a couple of us could use to access the business page. It asked me for an ID to prove identity but I think it was declined because obviously my name isn't actual Sticks Stones. It stinks to lose that one, too, but I care more about getting my actual Mikaela Holmes page back. Just wanted to relay that info in case it helps at all.

Just letting you know - The FB app is giving me notifications (over 90 of them) but I'm still getting the "add your number" through the app that we've been getting. I haven't been doing it any more since I know you're working on it.

But when I open facebook through safari, I'm getting the stupid "sexual exploitation" thing again, with the "continue" button that doesn't work. Pic attached.

 

So sorry to bother you with all my messages - I am really upset and desperate to get back to my account in the next few days. I have things on there I need for a new job.

Is there any way I can pay extra or anything to make this a more urgent case or any way possible to reach someone directly at Facebook? I know I have 20 days left before my account is closed permanently, but I also really need things on it ASAP for my literal career. Thank you.

I just got this text to my phone, for the Sticks Stones account I told you about, that was also disabled. Do you think part of the issue is my # being connected to both accounts? I won't cry over losing that one. Just my personal Mikaela Holmes one.

Just wanted to check in on any progress? It's interesting how I'm getting FB notifications (over 100 of them lol) but it still asks the "add a number" thing. Should I be attempting to do that still or no? I haven't really since you've been working on it. Just getting nervous since it says less than 20 days that my accounts will be permanently disabled (and assuming the same for Instagram)

There is an option to download all your information but you may have to start a new Facebook account

I'm very sorry about this but usually when accounts get disabled they remain disabled not less Facebook re-enables it I believe that's the only other alternative that we can do I can help you download all your information pictures everything will be downloaded on your computer and then you can re-add them to your new Facebook account

So it's just a general Facebook problem? Do you think there is a chance of it being resolved before the 18 days are up? I really just don't want to have to make both new FB and IG accounts. I don't get why there isn't a way to contact them directly / via phone.
