Just trying to update my ipad 2 to ios5..keeps coming up with error 3200. what is this?

This problem happens when there are too many people trying to update their iDevices to iOS 5. Apple is aware of this issue and currently working on it. What you can do for now is just keep trying or probably wait until late at night when there are just few people updating their iPad or iPhone.
