I dont understand why my Ipad 2 is suddenly in black and white and reverse

There might be some settings that you accidentally changed. You can try resetting the screen layout by following the steps below.

1. Press the Home button.
2. Tap on the Settings icon.
3. Tap on the General option.
4. Scroll down and tap on the Reset option.

If the steps above will not fix the issue, try creating a backup in iTunes and then restore from that backup. Doing this will reset the system configuration and retain the data saved in your iPad.
