how long dose it take to get other aps

I think you are trying to download an application and you want to know how long will it take. I would say, it depends with the size of that application and how fast your data connection is.

Or maybe you are waiting for the next update for iOS5. If that is the case, Apple have not given any info about that yet but I hope they will soon as many Apple users are having issues after updating to iOS 5.

Its just hard to guess but if you could probably describe your question with more details we can probably give you a better answer.
