I know how it feels when you lost precious data in your device like photos.

Since iPad has locked you out, the only way to use it again is by resetting that to its factory default where it will delete everything from your iPad. And Apple's security will only allow you to retrieve those data by syncing it through iTunes on your computer. I can only suggest to look for a computer technician who can check your computer to see if they can find a way to retrieve the data from it. I heard from others and read some articles on internet that there are people who are still able to retrieved their files and sometimes make their computer working again after their computer crashed.
