Thanks for the information. You are using an iPad 1 (1st Generation). Unfortunately it is not eligible for the iOS 7 upgrade. You can only update the iOS of your iPad to iOS 5.

If you want to use the Zappos app you need to use an iPad that is capable of running iOS 7 (iPad 2 upto the latest version)

Thanks for the info. Seems strange Zappos would drop the original I pad users.
