  • Tap Settings
  • Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars
  • Tap your Gmail account under ACCOUNTS
  • Tap your email address and enter your password
  • Tap Done

Thanks for your response and sorry for the delay. We can delete the Gmail account on your iPad and add it again to fix the issue. Please follow the steps below.

To Delete the account:

  • Tap Settings
  • Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars
  • Tap your Gmail account under ACCOUNTS
  • Tap Delete Account

To add the account:

  • Tap Settings
  • Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars
  • Tap Add Account
  • Tap Google
  • Enter your account details
  • Tap Next
