-cx cant access the apple id account due to password problem
-cx said that the email that she used in apple id is not accessible anymore
-cx tried resetting the password by answering the security questions and to no avail.
-cx want to change the email id that she used
advised cx that she need to accessed her apple account first to change the email that she used in her apple id
-since old email is inaccessible and security question failed, advised cx to contact apple support and have her account verfied and they will reset the account for her.
