Assisted the customer with trying to reset the unit by unplugging it for 5 minutes and numerous button combinations with no success of getting out of "Lock Down" mode is the term is referred to as.
Provided a manual for the customer so she could try some of the troubleshooting steps included for assistance.
After all troubleshooting efforts, I was able to inform customer that she would need to contact Samsung Appliance Customer Service and try to get more assistance from the manufacturer.
