Dear Thomas, It was a pleasure helping you with your Samsung issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

Phone will not terminate downloads at night and it drains his battery

Solution Implemented :

Call customer

Showed customer how to use the Airplane mode and Wifi switch.

Advised customer to try and test these switch no conserve battery and to stop unneccesary download that's running.
