Dear Dell Support.com I had a big problem after calling Dell Support.com
I could not send e-mails or receive them for a few days. So, I called Time
Warner Technician support, they made me call Internet Explorer, and they
told me that I had a wrong e-mail address with a correct password.
I called Time Warner again and they asked to send e-mails to myself with
my e-mail address.
I tried 7 times but couldn't send e-mails to myself. Then they said that my
e-mail address was wrong. Dell Support had changed my e-mail address
as I spoke Dell Support and they changed it to: a**[email protected]
instead of my correct e-mail address; a**[email protected]
Then Time Warner corrected my password to correct e-mail address.
as: a**[email protected] my problems have been corrected
and my e-mails are now received properly and sent out properly.
Now I receive my e-mails properly once again. Dell Support was very hard
to comprehend and evidently heard me spell out mail.rr.com
instead of maine.rr.com. Yours truly, Andre Compagna
