Greetings. My Samsung smart tv will no longer wi-fi connect to my Time Warner modem to get internet. Please help.

Here's what I have tried so far:
contacted Time Warner to assist. after resetting and rebooting both the cable box and modem I was told to contact Samsung for technical support.
