I have a Samsung refrigerator(RF263) with the freezer on the bottom. Water is accumulating in and under the cool select pantry. What's causing the problem?

Here's what I have tried so far:
I turned the water supply off for approximately four hours. A small amount of water still accumulated

Here's my brand/make/model:

I also took the water filter out and re-inserted it. Should I have replaced it? This filter has been in use for almost one year.

Thank you for that clarification Wayne regarding the filter. If that's the case please replace it. When it's old it clogs, when it's clogged there's no proper circulation in the system.

I don't think that's the problem because everything in the freezer is frozen and the refrigerator is cold. Do you have another solution to this problem? The icemaker is working also.

I'm sorry, I just saw your last reply. So you think the clogged filter is the problem?

Yes indeed Wayne, this will surely solve the issue. If the drain is clogged it won't allow the condensation to drain. This is the fix for all Samsung French door refrigerators.

I will suggest that you replace the filter as well because it will lengthen the refrigerators service life. But don't forget to unclogged the drain as well.
