My I phone is going to my answering machine when I call my home phone from the I phone, and the alarm is not ringing when set to do so
Here's what I have tried so far:
I tried calling home from the phone several times and tried to re-inter the home phone number and then dial it from the key pad. All other numbers seem to work ok .

Tried his landline and still can't e reached. explained customer that it is not his iphone but his landline's problem.
Tried Resetting apple ID so customer can update it to the latest IOS version.
