The steps should be going into settings > Safari > Delete history and website data.

Then confirm the Delete.

This should erase all the Safari Data you have on your phone.

Dear Bernard, It was a pleasure helping you with your iPhone issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

Assistance in clearing website data

Solution Implemented :

Call customer

Assisted in going into setting > Safari and delete history and website data

Went to Settings > Safari > Advanced and removed all web site data

All list and entry are now in 0KB used informing customer that all of it is now empty and not occupying his phone

Issue resolved
