Dear Suzanne , It was a pleasure helping you with your HP issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : Computer cannot connect to printer
Solution Implemented : 

  • Call customer / Remote Access
  • Switched the printer to the same network as the computer
  • Installed the printer driver 
  • test print OKIssue resolved

Call custoemr said everuthing is working again.

Advised customer to normally power it off once it is not being used.

No other issue

hello have a problem with a connection from my hp printer/ scanner. i can't scan to my computer.never thought to check that feature.
