Hi,

Thanks for your question. My name is Rofel and I will assist you with your concern.

Can you please try changing the media storage to the phone memory instead of the card the take a photo to see if it continues having the same problem.

We're trying to check if this is a problem with the SD card or with the phone. Thanks

Go to camera settings and change storage from SD card to phone so that photos and movies are stored on the phone. Then take some photos check if you will be able to view it.

Thanks

Hi,

I would like to know if you have a card reader on your computer so that we can check if the photos are still working or if it is corrupted?

Thanks

I started taking photo and video files on my phone until memory was full then transferred it all onto a memory card and took ages in doing so, and made a separate file which is my files the majority of this is viewable some it says uunable to play video or up load picture yet file size is there,

I continued to take photo and video footage on what i believe was the camera memory but was in fact the memory card, and yet it would continue to let me to do so i take apic view it two three times then it would say unable to upload and some photos are now in the video file as well. I moved to samsung galaxy 3s phone from the apple iphone.

and now if i store to camera memory it fine and empty and works but if i leave it on memory card i tlets me to take photos leaves them there yet wont let me view them.

hope this makes sense.

many thanks

Hiya,

I transferred over all the file to my computer and only ones viewable are the ones that open up on my phone the unable to load photo or unable to play video remain the same. I phoned samsung and they tell me it might be software and only advice they can give me is to wipe my phone. But I explained i wanted to try and recover photo and videos not up loading and he referred me to their technician 40 miles away and I am awaiting a phone call from them on monday, chances of recovery of data is 50:50 they are prce less memories so going to see what they say.

cheers
