I'm sorry that I wasn't able to respond at once to your last comment. We seem to be having a problem with sending notifications once an update to a question has been made. Thank you for writing back and explaining your concern further for me.

Do you encounter any error codes? Can you check if you have enabled the child-lock feature? If the Child-lock feature is enabled, any buttons in the dishwasher will not operate. If it is enabled, press on the Sanitize button for 3 seconds to disable it.
