how to open .sme file

Thanks for writing back and providing me with the operating system that you are using. The only known program that can create and read .SME files is the Smart Encryptor, which you can download from the websites I referred you to. And this should be compatible with your OS. However, you can try to open the file using Notepad or you can download and install Free File Viewer. If you do try to open the file using the latter suggested program, the file contents may look gibberish and unreadable.
