Thanks for the information. The issue is caused by a bad Y Scan drive board with a slight possibility of both the Y Scan drive and the Y sustain board. These parts need to be replaced to fix the issue.

Computers yes, TV no. Are parts easily available? Does Samsung have a service center in Portland Oregon?
