The food in your refrigerator may freeze under the following conditions:

• The items that are freezing are closest to the air circulation vents and/or are at the bottom of the refrigerator.
Note: Air that blows out of the vents comes out at a lower temperature in order to cool the entire compartment.
• The items that are freezing are liquid, or most are mostly made of water (i.e. fruits and vegetables).

To keep food from freezing in the refrigerator, try the following:

• Set the refrigerator control to a warmer setting. The ideal temperature setting for your refrigerator is 38° F (3° C). If you have set it colder than that, your food may freeze.
• Move the food to a warmer part of the refrigerator. The rear part of the top shelf is the coldest part because it is near the discharge vents. If the food has high water content and you have stored it in the coldest part of the refrigerator, it may freeze.
• Increase the temperature in the room where your refrigerator is located. A room that is too cold can cause the temperature in your refrigerator drop below what it should be.

Please let me know if it helps.
