I DID AS YOU SAID & IT WENT TO CONNECTING TO SERVER & STOPPED
Ok. Try to reset the Network settings of the phone.
Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
Test the issue again.

PHONE SUPPORT:
-cx cant open the nemo reefs game
-provided cx 2 reset procedures and still same problem
-other games are working fine
-advised cx to delete app and redownload it
-we got an error when we are trying to download the app
-advised cx that the error is the download server of apple and thats the reason why she cant play the game
-advised cx to redownload the app within the next 24 hours
-cx cant find the Accept answer button
