PHONE NOTES:
-4 handsets don't have a dial tone
-advised cx to check the phone cord from the base going to the wall.
-both are secured and intact
-cx special phone is working and it uses the same telephone number
-advised cx to perform a reset on the base. no go.
-informed cx that theres a possibility that the problem is the base the will not communicate to the handsets
-advised cx to test it further, she needs to bring it to a local electronics repair tech and have it tested before she will buy a new one
-cx will bring the unit to a local tech and have it tested
