Hello Brenda, I apologize for the delayed response. So to my understanding you are trying to log in to you Optusnet account, which I am assuming that Google, or Gmail, manages your email server. To my awareness, I will do more research on it too, but you need to have a Gmail account and not a account that is managed by Gmail. I got it from https://support.google.com/store/answer/6178715?hl=en. This is the Google store help site. I am sure they will be able to get you in the right direction. Once again I am sorry I read your post wrong.
