I am a customer . My name is Carol Towers of Fort Erie Ontario Canada . Im having problems getting into my accounts . I tried calling 1- ***-***-**** no connection.

Here's what I have tried so far:
I have gone into my default program but I don't know exactly what im looking for .The pop up is saying this file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Please install a program or one is already installed create an association in the Default Program control panel. I cann't get into any of my accounts. This pops up on all of them.
