YouTube channel not loading on brand new Samsung Smart TV Model UNJ40JU6500F. I've been up to my eyeballs with Samsung techs and their remote support; my internet service provider (no problems there and my speed is good); Samsung tech again today via twitter and they also again suggesting I contact YouTube. But via phone all I get is terminal hold. So, here I am. Error message is "Channel will not load - - or words to that effect". I just want to be able to view YouTube. Brought home ANOTHER Samsung new TV yesterday -- sameo-sameo It's not the TV and not my internet service. HELP!
Here's what I have tried so far:
Reset the network-- reset the TV (twice) -- set DNS to manual and entered 8.8.8.8
I've been through the TV menu I don't know how many times. At this point, instead being put through that wringer again -- it'd be easier to exchange TV for a Sony. But, here I am -- trying one more time.
