I have an internet ready Samsung TV that we purchased in 2015. It does not have YouTube TV on it. We have trid to download the app and had no luck. Even though we have YouTube TV service in our hoe and working on newer models we cannot get it to work on this TV

Cant read the exact model. It is mounted on the wall & would have to take the TV off the wall to get model number

Can you try going to the TV settings?

using the samsung remote.

go to Settings

Menu -> Support -> Contact Samsung

It should tell you the model.

found that the TV is a 2015 Model whic does not support the app

Advised customer to get a Streaming device like roku to get the App on the Roku and stream it to the TV
