I am having trouble setting up my tv for the first time. It's plugged in and connect to an antenna but the book directions are no help to me.

Here's what I have tried so far: the channel menu.It says to run a channel auto scan. How?I pressed the channel buttons on the side of tv

  • Issue identified : Customer want to scan for channel.
  • Solution Implemented : Call customer. Assist customer on the issue. Provide the steps on scanning the channel. Successfully scan the channel. Customer have a weak signal and advise customer to replace the anthenna for better signal. Assist also customer on using the Roku on the tv. Provide the procedure. Roku is working now on the tv. Issue resolved. Case closed. Call ended.
