I have a Samsung refrigerator model RS261MDWP/XAA which both freezer/fridge temp indicator had gone crazy (just goes up and down) and the fridge is defrosting. Please help, Mario sends
Here's what I have tried so far: I did unplug the appliance and waited for about minute and plug it back, hoping to reset it.

Hi Mario Please follow the steps below and let me know if it works
1.Locate "Lighting" and "Freezer" on the left side of the display panel.
2. Simultaneously touch and hold the words "Lighting" and "Freezer" until you hear a distintively different chime sound when the display changes.
Important: Not touching "Lighting" and "Freezer" at exactly the same time and holding long enough will result in a failed attempt to turn demo mode on/off.

Please check and follow the steps that I posted below and it your fridge/freezer should be good again.
