Hello Harold... how are you doing?

These are the things that needs to be checked or replaced to resolve the  issue.

1. The odometer circuit board is attached to the gauge cluster itself. It can be faulty that's why it's not working.

2. There can be a lot of reason for the AC to fail even with a new freon. The lines may have a leak which will require leak test to find out. The evaporator or condenser may have a leak as well. This must be checked thoroughly if it will require replacement.

3. Most of the side mirror issue is caused by a faulty switch itself. If the switch is corroded or faulty the side mirrors will not respond, the switch will require replacement.

Note: The odometer and side mirror switch is attached to a BCM (body control module) which controls every electrical functions in the vehicle. If replacement of switch and cluster doesn't resolve the issue then the problem can be on the BCM itself. This will require a thourough look by a reputable auto electrician Harold.

Please let me know if there's anything else I can add or help you with. I'll be standing by for your response. Thank you
