I entered all and hit delete but I still see the pix
Is there a lock symbol in the picture?
I got it done. Looks like all pix deleted now when I turn on camera no words telling me internal memory full.
Thats great. The internal memory is now clean. Anything else that I could help you with?
did I need to buy new larger capacity sdhc card thinking that was the problem?
Let me check for a compatible card for your camera. By the way can you read to me the card that you have and how many GB in it? I want to know the capacity. To my knowledge the camera ONLY accepts card with a compatible storage capacity.
new card 32 gb speed up to 80MB/s 533x old card 8gb was told that was why it said internal memory is full at camera shop at Walmart.
The camera accepts a card that has 1GB capacity. If you have a greater capacity card like 2GB above it wont work with the camera. Your 32GB card is not compatible for the camera. You should check Walmart for a 1GB card.
I can provide you a chart so that you will know how many pictures/video can the camera store depending on the cards capacity. Would you like a copy?
O K thank you pls send me the info for 1GB card
Here is a Chart for the capacity storage of the camera Note that it can only handle a max capacity of 1GB:
The camera can store up to 896 pictures on the highest quality and 4000 picture on the lowest settings on a 1GB card. I hope this helps. Anything else I can assist you with?
Thank you so much for your assistance I will get new card
