Issue identified : Printer not printing
Solution Implemented : Live chat. Call customer. Replace the ink still not printing. Use the other ink that is working but still not printing on the new printer. Advise customer there is a problem with the printer head of the new printer. Advise customer to have it return. Provide the number for amazon customer service. Customer appreciate our assistance. Customer accept the annswer. Call ended. Customer provided a tip.
