Issue identified : Black Screen when turning on the TV
Solution Implemented : Called the customer /  Assisted the customer to reset receiver / Showed and explained to the customer the reboot process / Customer understand that it will take a few minutes for the receiver to reboot / Issue Resolved / Answer Accepted
