Hi Carl! Thank you for choosing ExpertHelp.com. May I know if you still using the original horn? When you check the fuse have you check the fuse relay? If not please check it is located under the hood. Please see the picture below for reference #2 is where the horn relay located. 

 

 

Please advise me if this helps. If the horn relay is working then there is a possibility that there is a problem with your horn. I will leave this page open and will wait for your response.

Car is almost new.  Original horn .  I checked the 10a fuse in box next to battery.

What do i look for at the relay?

Check if there is a fuse relay. And if there is try to test the relay if its good.

Where is the relay mounted?  Is it close to the horns?  Hard to see in there!
