 Dear Robert, It was a pleasure helping you with your Epson issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.


Issue identified : Replace Ink Cartridges


Solution Implemented : Called the customer / Advised customer that we will use the LCD of the printer in order to replace the cartridges / Press Setup and press the OK button. Then select Maintenance > Ink Cartridge(s) Replacement and press one of the Start buttons / Opened the printer and replaced the ink cartridges /  Issue Resolved / Answer Accepted
