Does the airr come out when the ac is on or without on?

The ac had condensation at first whhen you started the car up but afterwards go away.

Solution Implemented : I sent replies that the smoke was jst condensation that builds up from sitting for a while.  after thhe car is running and moving down the road, the smoke is gone.
