Dear Geraldine, It was a pleasure helping you with your Tomtom issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.


Issue identified : Unable to update AU map


Solution Implemented : Called the customer / Remotely accessed the computer / Reinstalled the Tomtom My Drive App and deleted the old download from the Tomtom Folder / Tried to update the map but it failed / Changed the USB cable and try to transfer a file that is about 71KB but it is not transferring to his device / Explained to the customer that it is an issue with his device / Provided the support number of Tomton so that he can send the device for repair (1300 135 604) / No other issues raised / Answer Accepted
