I have requested help before on July 15th regarding problems with my adobe plugin flash crashing. Your technician installed an icon for google chrome and a direct link to MLB.com so I could watch my ball games which I subscribed with MLB to be able to watch. Apparently adobe plugin flash has issues with firefox (my normal browser), so the technician added a link so I could watch MLB games. The fix he installed is no longer working as I can no longer access browsing via google chrome. I need help restoring the ability to get the adobe flash plugin working so I can access the services I am paying for.
