Dear Martha, It was a pleasure helping you with your Toshiba  issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.

Issue identified :  CMOS password 
Solution Implemented :  call customer| CMOS not working with bypass | inform customer that its different from windows password| its a motherboard password |  only oprion is manboard replacement| laptop no longer in warranty | cust said she will not go with replacing the mainboard and will just get a new computer if possible| refund the remote support upgrade| accepted answer
