I deleted my notes by mistake on my iphone 7, not sure how i did it, maybe via icloud backup, is there anyway i can retrive them, mostly interested in the notes created and saved in the last year or so. ?

Thanks for waiting. Im here to help. Please follow these steps and let me know if the notes appear on your iPhone.

  • Tap Settings
  • Tap you Name on the very top
  • Tap iCloud
  • Turn off Notes then turn it back on
  • Check your Notes app if the notes are back

Issue identified : Accidentally deleted Notes / Wants to know if he can recover it


Solution Implemented : Called the customer / Remotely accessed the computer / Logged in to iCloud to check if he has a backup / Advised customer that he doesnt have a backup of his notes / Provided the steps on how he can backup his phone so that it will not happen in the future / No other issues raised / Answer Accepted
