I use a MS desk top running Windows 10. When I open Pages after signing into icloud using my browser there appears to be a "help window" in the upper left corner that runs off the screen. I cannot use Pages until I close the box and it is far enough off the screen so I can't get to the top of the box to close it. Help.

Issue identified : help window blocking all icloud features
Solution Implemented : remote suuport| open icloud features in a differetn browser| configure each feature| reopen the icloud | all working | problem solved
