Issue identified :
Assistance in connecting the Tablet and printer back together
Solution Implemented :
Call customer and advised to press and hold the Wifi icon on the printer which enable the WPS pairing mode
Pressed the WPS on the router and that connected the printer to the router
Test print from the samsung Tablet - OK
