Need help setting up Alexa Echo dot

Solution Implemented :

Call customer

Customer already set up the Alexa to Wifi

RAN alexa website from amazon and checked the Alexa settings and all are working ok.

Checked Alexa and it was on mute

unmute Alexa and Tested voice activation

Issue resolved
