have been using corel painter 2018...suddenly non active...though I still have painter 2017 & painter 2012. I know you can fix it...mclean cimon

Dear mclean, It was a pleasure helping you with your tech-corel issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : corel painter keeps crashing when cx open the program
Solution Implemented : chat and accessed cx computer. Uninstall and reinstalled corel painter. restored corel painter to factory settings. Corel painter is not crashing anymore and cx was able to test it. no further questions. problem solved.
