Dear Meyer, It was a pleasure helping you with your Tech-HP issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : printer is printing blank documents
Solution Implemented : called cx and accessed his computer. we tried to reset the printer by unplugging it from the wall outlet and pressing the power button for 20 secs. No go. We tried creating a new document and tried to print it. no go. We tried edjusting the quality of the print. no go. we tried cleaning and aligning the cartridges. no go. Lastly, we uninstall and reinstall the software and drivers of the printer and that fixed the problem. cx tested and printed out one of his excel document and it printed out fine. problem solved.
