The representative told me that she ran a test and you should have a dial tone on your phone. Can you please check and let me know if you will hear a dial tone or the line is still dead?

Try unplugging the phone and plug it back after few seconds and let me know if you will hear a dial tone.

They will have to send a technician who would check the lines physically. In case the technician finds any issue with the equipment provided by Verizon, there will be no charge. If there is any trouble found with the equipment not provided by Verizon then there will be a possible charge for the repair and it will be informed by the technician. Is this okay with you?

In order to schedule the technician, they need a few details from you:

 Type of premise and any access codes

  • Any pets
  • Complete service address
  • Two best can be reached numbers
  • Email address, to send the technician details
