All of them are not working?
None of the pphones are working.
Thanks for your response. Are they regular phones or DECT phones that are connected to a power source?
They are regular phones.
Thanks for your response. It seems that it is a problem with the telephone line and you need an onsite tech to check the line and fix it. Do you have cellphone that you can use?
I do not have a cell phone.
I understand. Let me help you to get intouch with Verizon so they can send you an onsite tech.

The representative told me that she ran a test and you should have a dial tone on your phone. Can you please check and let me know if you will hear a dial tone or the line is still dead?
No dial tone, just some ststic noise.
Try unplugging the phone and plug it back after few seconds and let me know if you will hear a dial tone.
No luck.
They will have to send a technician who would check the lines physically. In case the technician finds any issue with the equipment provided by Verizon, there will be no charge. If there is any trouble found with the equipment not provided by Verizon then there will be a possible charge for the repair and it will be informed by the technician. Is this okay with you?
Yes.
In order to schedule the technician, they need a few details from you:
Type of premise and any access codes
Thanks. Paul can you please verify if this will work for you?
09/30/2018 08:00 AM - 12:00 PM?
Yes.
It is set. Please write this down.
Here is the ticket number: PACW02N7FP
On the day of your appointment, you will begin receiving text message or email updates of the technician's arrival.
